This program provides participants with a structured introduction to Reiki, focusing on the development of personal self-healing practices. Designed for those new to Reiki, this course offers foundational knowledge, practical skills, and attunement to Reiki energy, enabling participants to integrate this healing modality into their wellness regimen. Program Objectives: ✨ Establish a foundational understanding of Reiki principles, including Gassho meditation and core tenets of the practice. ✨ Explore Reiki’s energetic framework, including its relationship to the energy system and chakras. ✨ Trace the history of Usui Reiki, from its origins to its modern-day applications. ✨ Learn practical self-Reiki techniques, as well as introductory methods for providing Reiki to others. ✨ Develop proficiency in traditional and modern Reiki techniques, fostering adaptability in practice. ✨ Create a sustainable self-Reiki routine, personalized to individual lifestyles. ✨ Complete a self-Reiki session and receive Level One certification upon program completion and attunement. Program Prerequisites: ✨ Completion of a minimum 60-minute Reiki session with a certified practitioner before the course begins. ✨ A commitment to 21 consecutive days of self-Reiki practice (30 minutes daily) to maximize the benefits of attunement.
